We felt to start “Transform”, a leadership coaching business, with the purpose of bringing positive and lasting transformation in organisations through authentic leadership. Collectively, we bring different skills and perspectives but are all passionate about seeing sustainable transformation in businesses, especially in the lives of the men and women who lead them.
Who do we serve?
Leaders in organisations; namely executives, elders and individuals who can influence change. Leaders who desire to live and lead authentically, who value a strong team, united around a purpose and who want their people to live healthy, holistic lives.
