Richard is a husband, dad, professional wildlife photographer and businessman currently living in the Kwazulu-Natal Midlands with his wife, Eileen and son, Joshua.
He is currently pursuing his deep-seated passions for leadership development, making a positive difference in society and teaching art and creativity to aspirational wildlife photographers worldwide.
His faith in Jesus Christ is the most important thing in his life and central to who he is and how he makes decisions. Authenticity and empathy in leadership are two characteristics he believes are critical ingredients to success.

Richard has been part of the Grow coaching team since January 2023. His coaching has focused on partnering with CEOs and executives who want to lead authentically and bring lasting and positive change to their organisations.
He brings with him a specialist programme designed for sales organisations, which takes the Transform methodology and helps CEOs and sales executives build great sales organisations that last.
Richard was privileged to be part of an awesome team that built the biggest independent payments company in South Africa, where he held the role of Chief Operating Officer and then Chief Executive Officer for Sureswipe for many years .
During his time as CEO of Sureswipe, he also held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the Adumo group and was on the board of directors of Adumo, which comprised Crossfin, Apis Partners and the IFC (World Bank).
Richard’s career started in consulting at Accenture, followed by a period of running his own SME turnaround business, before joining POCiT as Commercial Director.
Richard achieved cum laude in his Business Science Honours Degree with majors in economics and marketing. Besides bringing these experiences to the table, it is Richard’s passion for people, his eternal optimism, his heart to encourage and his desire to see each person fulfil their God given potential that drives every engagement.
Ryan is a husband, dad, and pastor who lives with his wife, Melissa, and their four children in Salt Rock on the KZN North Coast.
Alongside his pastoral calling, Ryan is deeply passionate about leadership development. He believes the world is facing a leadership crisis and that every sphere of society deserves leaders who combine excellence of skill with integrity of character. Consequently, Ryan is passionate about developing healthy leaders and organisations that thrive in purpose and integrity. However, his faith in Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of his life – shaping his values, his leadership philosophy, and every decision he makes.

Ryan began his studies in B.Com at the University of Natal in 1996 before responding to a clear call to pastoral ministry in 1999. Since then, he has served in a variety of leadership roles – from being part of a large pastoral team to leading and transitioning a growing church in London, UK.
In 2011, Ryan and his family returned to Durban, South Africa, where he led a large urban church community. In 2017, he and a small team launched a new church plant on the KZN North Coast, where they continue to serve today.
Over the past five years, Ryan has also led a growing network of churches, championing healthy, effective, and sustainable leadership. In 2023, he completed his Master’s in Missional Leadership (MAML), focusing on organisational health, strategic planning, and leadership formation.
Through his career, Ryan has developed a deep passion for cultivating authentic, emotionally intelligent leaders and building strong, values-driven teams. His experience across diverse organisational contexts enables him to help others lead with clarity, conviction, and compassion.
Graham is a business coach and entrepreneur, married to Samantha and dad to Ryan. He lives in Johannesburg and enjoys spending time with family, friends, reading, and travelling.
He is passionate about giving generously to help others become all they can be. His mission is to unlock the potential in leaders and their teams to build more profitable, impactful, and enduring businesses.

Before founding Grow, Graham advised several listed companies on acquisitions and disposals as a corporate finance advisor. He later joined a startup property company as Chief Operating Officer after helping the business raise $50 million for a mass housing project in Zambia.
Today, Graham focuses on helping leaders build great businesses that make a meaningful impact on people’s lives and the communities in which they operate.
